Marianne J. Charles, Partner
Marianne J. Charles is a founding partner of Charles & Boni-Vendola, LLC, and has been practicing law in Connecticut since 1990. Attorney Charles is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in the State of Connecticut, New York and the U.S. District Court in Connecticut.
Attorney Charles handles all aspects of matrimonial and family law, including sophisticated financial matters, property division, spousal maintenance, child support, complex custody disputes, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and post judgment matters.
In addition to representing clients through various matrimonial matters, Attorney Charles is a certified mediator and has been appointed as Guardian Ad Litem and Attorney for Minor Children. Additionally, she has served as a Special Master to the Courts aiding in the settlement of high conflict divorce cases.
Attorney Charles enjoys giving back to the community by accepting appointments as a pro bono attorney on behalf of Connecticut Legal Services. Further, she is a member of the Connecticut and New York Bar Associations as well as Fairfield County and Greenwich Bar Associations.

Corrine A. Boni-Vendola, Partner
Corrine A. Boni-Vendola is a founding partner of Charles & Boni-Vendola, LLC, and she has been practicing law since 1997. Attorney Boni-Vendola is a graduate of Boston University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from the Massachusetts School of Law at Andover where she graduated cum laude and served two years on the Law Review. Attorney Boni-Vendola is admitted to practice law in the State of Connecticut, Massachusetts and U.S. District Court in Connecticut.
Attorney Boni-Vendola has handled complex family law matters, including all aspects of divorce and legal separation, division of property and business assets, negotiation and preparation of prenuptial and postnuptial custody disputes, and child support matters. Additionally, she has both prosecuted and defended restraining orders, represented parties in paternity matters, and has experience in third party custody actions and post-judgment matters. Attorney Boni-Vendola has been appointed by many local courts as Guardian Ad Litem (GAL) or Attorney for a Minor Child (AMC), in addition to serving as a Special Master for the Family Court and mediating high conflict divorce cases.
Attorney Boni-Vendola is a member of the Connecticut and Massachusetts Bar Associations, New Haven County Bar Association, and the New Haven County Family Law Committee. She formerly served as the Co-Chair of the Family Law Section and the Court Relations Section of the New Haven County Bar Association.

Nicole Rivieccio Concilio, Attorney
Nicole Rivieccio Concilio, an associate in the firm’s New Haven office, is primarily a family law attorney who practices in the areas of divorce, custody, and visitation. Attorney Concilio also has experience representing individuals in matters of personal injury and is part of the court-appointed committee with regard to foreclosure matters.
Attorney Concilio graduated from Gettysburg College with a Bachelor of Science degree. While attending Gettysburg College, she interned at the United Nations as well as with the political talk show The McLaughlin Group in Washington, D.C. She received her Juris Doctorate from the Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2003, and has been with the Law Offices of Charles & Boni-Vendola since May 2007.
Attorney Concilio is an active member of the New Haven County Bar Association and the Connecticut Bar Association. She is Co-Chair of the New Haven Women’s Section of the New Haven County Bar Association, as well as a committee member of the Family Law Section.

Kimberly A. Pisani, Attorney
Kimberly A. Pisani is an associate in the firm’s North Haven office. Attorney Pisani is a family law attorney who practices in the areas of divorce, custody, and visitation.
Attorney Pisani received her Juris Doctorate from the Quinnipiac University School of Law and has been with the firm since June 2022. Attorney Pisani is an active member of the New Haven County Bar Association, the Connecticut Italian American Bar Association, and the Connecticut Bar Association. She is a board member on the Yale Sappern Memorial Fund Committee where she volunteers to raise funds to assist victims of domestic violence.
